Absolutely. Your data will be stored within the AWS cloud, on highly secure remote servers. Rest assured that your company’s sensitive data will be well protected and far less likely to have leaks or GDPR slip-ups than you would with paper-based records.

What does it cost?

EAC is based on a monthly subscription fee.

*In addition to the monthly fee, if you choose to use a clock-in system that requires additional hardware, such as biometric machines or RFID accessories, you will need to purchase these through us separately. There is also a small fee should you with to increase the number of System Administrators.

Clocking-in app for WFM software

There are NO INSTALLATION FEES for an EAC account

If you choose to use only the clocking-in app for your employees, there will be no charges outside of the monthly subscription fee.

That said, if you choose to include biometric or RFID clocking system, you will need to purchase any terminals or accessories from us to support this, in a separate transaction.

There is no minimum contract tie in period with EAC, meaning that you are free to come and go as needed.

Nor are there any cancellation fees, should you decide to leave us (although we obviously hope this doesn’t happen).

What support will I receive?

Our friendly UK-based support team will provide 5 hours of free online training at the start, all of which will be recorded and sent to you for you – and whoever you choose – to watch as many times as you need.

You can also call the team with any questions that may arise at any time throughout your relationship with us, at no extra charge whatsoever. Our support team is always happy to offer help and guidance.
