If you invest in an Employee Attendance Cloud system, chances are you will have a chat with our Project Coordination lead, Janet.
Janet has been a valued member of the Chronologic admin department for the past six years and so this step-up just made sense.
So today you lucky ducks get to find out about the organisational skills behind your system roll-out.
What is your Employee Attendance Cloud role?
Project Coordination / Administrator.
How long have you been at Chronologic?
What is your favourite part of your job?
My job is pretty varied – I like that, as it means there is always something different to do.
I’m used to dealing with customers and admin, but never getting too in-depth with the systems.
Thanks to this new role I will have a more hands-on approach with Employee Attendance Cloud, which is a good challenge.
What do you like about Employee Attendance Cloud?
From my perspective, on the outside of the sales and support team, I love the all-in-one nature of the system.
To have everything from time and attendance, to HR management, Rotas, Reporting and more in one is fab.
I just think it makes life so much easier for admin and managers.
When you’re not at work, what are your hobbies?
I love reading so you’ll generally find me with my nose in a book – or in a book shop!
I also enjoy walking, although I’m only a ‘fair weather’ walker!
Apart from Chronologic, where’s your favourite place in the world?
Inside a book shop or exploring the UK with my husband Peter (pictured above).
I even have a blog about Waterstones and aim to visit every Waterstones shop in the world!
What’s something that you think customers should know about Employee Attendance Cloud?
That it doesn’t involve any IT costs. Employee Attendance Cloud is (you guessed it) cloud-based, which means no installation or updates on your end.
You can run it from any connected device, anywhere in the world. It takes out the hassle and expense of on-premise without compromising on functionality.
What is the ultimate sweet accompaniment – cream, ice cream or custard?
I generally prefer savoury food, but if I have a dessert then cream or ice cream (occasionally cream AND ice cream! 😃 )
