In this edition of meet the team, we’re looking at the newest member of the Employee Attendance Cloud support team – Cameron!
Cameron joined the team deep into the COVID pandemic and had to quickly (and remotely) find his feet.
Luckily, as anyone who has chatted to him knows – he did.
The UK-based Chronologic Support Team is one of our greatest assets, so today, we’re going to find out more about one of the team.
Read on to find out what he loves about the system and where his favourite place in the world is.
How long have you been at Chronologic?
1 year, 3 months.
What is your favourite part of your job?
Solving customer issues and making sure people are looked after when they call.
The support team are all together, we know the products inside out and collaborate to get the best results.
What is the main thing customers love about Employee Attendance Cloud?
- Being able to keep track of your employees in an easy and manageable way.
- Employees being able to book holidays.
- Management can see when other members of their department/group are off for availability before approving the holiday.
What do you like about Employee Attendance Cloud?
The restrictions on locations that you can set up for app clocking.
This puts your mind at ease knowing your employees are actually on-site when they are clocking. Not trying to clock while they are 10 minutes down the road, running late, or down the pub on a Friday!
When you’re not at work, what are your hobbies?
Keeping up with a lot of sports, Football and F1 are the main two I always keep up with.
When there is no F1 or Football I’ll be listening to music or out in the town.
I also walk my dog Reggie (Reginald if you feel fancy) who’s pictured above.
Apart from Chronologic, where’s your favourite place in the world?
Definitely Glastonbury Festival.
The music, atmosphere, food and people all crammed into one place makes it the best place in the world.
Although it is only for 5 days it is one amazing experience.
What’s something that you think customers should know about Employee Attendance Cloud?
That you get five free 1-hour one-to-one training sessions to get your system up and running.
If that is not enough, you get unlimited support to answer any questions you have, 5 days a week, 9-5.
